My name is Tasha and my husband is Andy. We are from Oklahoma. I am 26 and my husband is 27. On August 16, 1997, two months from our wedding date my husband was diagnosed with Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia (APL). Andy has gone through four chemotherapy treatments and has managed to keep his hair and his good sense of humor. We consider ourselves real blessed in that if Andy ever needs a bone marrow transplant his three brothers are perfect matches, which is extremely rare. Andy has finished all his chemo treatments and currently in remission and I pray every night it stays that way. We are currently thinking of taking a Caribbean cruise, a late honeymoon. I enjoy talking with everyone in the chatroom it helps alot.
