Baloney

My real name is Martin De Guise and I'm a 22 year-old guy from Québec-Canada. I didn't have cancer.. yet, but a virtual friend of mine and my grand-father did. They both passed away fighting for their lives. Once a night, being deadly depressed (this is a long story), I was searching for people to talk, that's when I remembered my virtual friend Rag, who used to get on #cancer-survivors. Then I discovered a very peaceful and positive channel. Positive even tough most people on it are fighting constantly. I liked the friendly and warm atmosphere, so I came back over and over each time since. I think we can help each others in different ways; I've got my deal of personnal problems for sure, but as I love to practice sports, the people here make me realize that It could easily come to an end. And people like me and those who beat cancer can bring support and courage to the ones who are fighting.
