Hi, I'm Teresa.I live in Pennsylvania,in the heart of Pa. Dutch Country. My hobbies are walking, music, irc, hiking, camping, putering and sewing. I am 34 and I am a nurse by profession for 16 years, and a nail tech for the last 2. The people I love are God, My husband (Dennis), my son Jason (aka Corain, check out his link on my main page}, and my daughter, Janelle, And many of my family and friends on and offline. My reason for living are all the above. My goals are to make a difference in people lives as well as my own. To have my own business, and last but not least my Homepage. What encouraged me to create the site, was my loving husband, 2 1/2 years ago he was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma, stage Ia, for which he is now in remission therefore by the grace of good doctors and the grace of god. In the future I will have a "our cancer story page" but for now I'll be brief.
Despite the pain, hardship (finacial as well as physical) we have learned so much from the disease of cancer. We live one day at a time. We try to live each day as if it were our last. We have learned to seek what are dreams are now and strive for a better tommorow. Though I am a christian, these pages and words are from the FAITH, HOPE, AND LOVE that is inspired in me by a Divine Source which I choose to call God, and the blessed holy spirit that resides in all of us. In my life I have met people of all faith and religions, and one thing is always a common denominator. Those with Faith in a power greater than themselves have much spirituality and peace in their lives. When tradgedy or hardship strikes our lives its all to familiar that we question god, "How could this happen to me?". Being a caregiver I thought it important to offer to those with the same struggles, cancer survivors and their caregivers support and encouragement, and that there is hope in a new day with a support system. I have learned over many years how to give to myself and care for and care about others.

Say it now!
If you have a tender message,
Or a loving word to say,
Don't wait 'til you forget it,
But whisper it today!
The tender words unspoken,
The letter never sent,
The long-forgotten messages,
The wealth of love unspent...
For these some hearts are breaking,
For these some loved ones wait,
Then give them what they're needing,
Before it is too late!
