Hello. I am a 33 years old, married almost 10 years with 1 daughter who is now 6 years old. My husband is Vince otherwise known as dadeerhunter. My ordinary life came crashing down when I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Disease, in October 1996. I knew what cancer could do as I had been the primary caregiver when my mother-in-law was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma 2 years earlier. She died after 6 months of palliative care. I was found to be stage 2b, nodular sclerosis and was treated with 8 months of cvppabo combination chemo. I was pronounced cancer free on April 29, 1997, so I will be celebrating 1 year remission very shortly. My main interests are of course baseball, most sports, camping, and I have tons of friends to fill my time. I am so happy to have been included in this group of survivors and will always be here for anyone wishing to contact me. You can usually find me on the channel at night after my daughter is in bed. I would also like to thank "JR" for making me feel so welcome when I first found the channel.
