HARLEEN

Harleen

Harleen Brookshire Francisco was born November 19, 1959 to a family of four sisters and one brother (Nitelife). At the age of 19, she received a high school scholarship to nursing school which lead to an 18 year career at St. Joseph's Hospital doing what she loved best, helping those who could not help themselves.

She was an active church member and prided herself on being in the celebration choir. She did more for others than she would do for herself.

"Harleen, you will be so greatly missed. Wait for us. We will see you in heaven."

Last Letter
by Harleen Francisco

I'm writing this letter
to let you know,
That very soon now
I must go,
Away to be in that
heavenly place,
Where no one knows
creed, color or race.

Away from the crowds
and the smoke and noise,
Back to nature
The way that it was,
But don't worry about me
I am ready to go,
I've got my lord
The way he will show.

I will wait for you
until your time has gone,
And Will rejoice with you
When your time has come,
You'll now stay behind and
watch the world go it's way,
And think of me at the
End of day.

I am going now I'm
Heavenward bound
I can see Jesus sitting
on a cloud,
I'll say goodbye to you
My true love,
And soar on the wings
of a snow white dove.
