His real name is Jon-Alan Baker age 41, from Ashburnham, Massachusetts, a little town bordering southern New Hampshire. Married to loving wife Karen, has 2 beautiful children Mikaela Rose age 5, and Timothy Mitchell age 2 1/2. He is a moldmaker, (or toolmaker) which consists of building plastic injection molds. He hasn't worked since February of 95 due to his llness. He has Lieomyo Sarcoma, a smooth muscle tissue sarcoma. He has a large baseball size tumor attached to the head of his pancreas, also some liver involvement as well as small nodules on his lungs. His condition is considered inoperable due to extensive organ involvement. In other words they won't operate if they can't get it all. He's had 8 cycles of the M.A.I.D. chemotherepy treatment which basically stopped disease progression. He hasn't had any treatment since January of 96, and so far his condition has stabilized. He enjoys life and has a wonderful supporting family, and is not angry with what has happened , but is thankful it was him and not a family member, which he feels would be much harder to deal with. Since diagnosed he looks at life and people in a differently. He tries to appreciate things more and tries to enjoy life to the fullest. Hobbies are, Computers, Tropical Fish ( has 3 fish tanks), camping, fishing, cars, Life, living, and just being outdoors. He dosn't plan on giving up, or going easy. There going to have to work hard to get this life he'll tell you! He just wants to say to all his comrads out there, "Fight with all your might, and Fight for everyone you love. Peace."
