My name is Scott Reynolds. I was diagnosed with Rhabdomyocarcom. This is a soft tissue tumor that developes mostly within children, but I was unlucky enough to aquire this tumor at age 18. I then went under extensive surgery to remove these tumors from my abdominal section. After surgery, I started the long road of chemotherapy. I had 45 weeks of chemo and 5 weeks of radiation. Needless to say that i didn't have fun at all.
I am now in remission and have been cured for 3 yrs. and going strong. I am a college student at Georgia State University studying (CIS) computer information systems. I Have wonderful girlfriend, Tammy, that has been with me through thick and thin. Overall, things are back to normal and my life is great. I have learned to appreciate life a whole lot more. Let's just hope things keep going on the right track.
